Alzheimer’s Services of the Capital Area is a non-profit organization that provides education and support services to memory impaired individuals, as well as caregivers, family members and healthcare professionals. Through our programs and services, we strive to enhance community awareness of Alzheimer’s disease. Corporate and individual contributions, as well as grants, fund our free public programs and services. The mission of Alzheimer’s Services of the Capital Area is to make a significant difference in the lives of those coping with Alzheimer’s disease in our community. Our ten parish service area includes: Ascension, Assumption, East and West Baton Rouge, East and West Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Pointe Coupee and St. Helena Parishes.
